You can’t manage time.

It is not possible to manage time. It has a reality and dimension of its own. You can’t even decide which thoughts enter your mind. Your thoughts do help you decide what to do now. If there is control it is simply in being able to decide what to do now. Hopefully, this comes from a decision about what is important. If you are good at deciding on what’s important and then taking action in the present and if you are good at deciding on which thoughts will help with this process and engaging these thoughts, you will use your time wisely. Nobody has any time. You don’t actually HAVE time. You only have now.Use it wisely. You will also get more from your present if you focus on one thing at a time. Multitasking has proven to be a mistake for productivity and health. Become a uni tasker who lives and works in the present and sticks to what is important. Sticks to what  accords with your values and leads to your goals.
