Imagine having two brains. Wonderful if they could work together and cover different perspectives, resulting in decisions that you are very comfortable to revisit. No regrets. Or not so wonderful if they disagreed and argued either causing you to dither or over rule one of the brains with the risk of regret. We do have two brains and maybe more. The one we usually refer to is in our head. Bit like a very powerful computer. Verbal and rational. Another brain is in our heart. Different perspective. Different processing. The two are obviously connected and can communicate with each other ….or not. The head brain is verbal and in your face. The heart brain is more subtle. You need to listen to yourself. Imagine the risk if you were considering a business or personal decision and ignored the advice coming from your heart brain. At least ask your heart brain for advice and listen carefully. It whispers.
