Hold the judgment

During the last war, General Paton was suspended because he struck two soldiers who were being treated for shell shock. He called them cowards. Today we would suggest that they suffered from PTSD and would hold the judgement of cowardice. Our minds are quick to judge, sometimes without sufficient evidence. It is possible to hold the judgment and simply observe. You can see and hear without going to the next stage of judging, You may need to admit to ignorance or not knowing rather than knowing and judging. See if you can suspend judgment at least once today.
