Conformity is the enemy of innovation. It is subtle to start with and then becomes habitual. Using the same company template on powerpoint is conforming. Using an identical background for all presentations is conforming and boring. Use your imagination next time. Rebel a little to create a memorable presentation. Improvement can’t happen if everyone maintains the status quo. Push back subtly. Be a little different for the sake of positive change. Be memorable.Be colourful. Rebel.
