Fear mobilises us when we know the cause. We can take action and use the energy. When we don’t know the cause or don’t know what to do we experience anxiety. Uncertainty causes anxiety. We are in uncertain times. My suggestion is that you keep yourself informed but limit your exposure to bad news. You will stress yourself if you keep hearing bad news but don’t know what to do about it. You can help yourself by giving yourself a good present. The Present. Spend time each day being more aware of the present. What is happening around you NOW. Focus on your breathing, your pulse, your posture. Focus on your environment. Look for details you haven’t noticed before. Eating, drinking, walking, your pets. You won’t have any time for worrying about an uncertain future if you have a close look at nature. Stay present. Stay well. Help others to do the same. We will all be wiser ACV and we will wash our hands more often.
